information on all our programs, including price and schedule. We
will contact you to schedule your free introductory class.
STEP
2. Participate in your FREE Introductory session.
The FREE intro
class teaches basic postures, stances, kicks and punches. You
will also learn 3 sparring techniques and 3 simple but effective
self-defense techniques against common attacks.
We can say almost anything on this website, but a visit to our school will
instantly tell whether we have created the atmosphere of personal growth and
learning that is described here. You can speak candidly to any of our students
walking around the school to find out if they indeed have had the experiences
we claim you will have. In fact, you will find that, in person, you will be
even more impressed by the emotion with which they talk about Shaolin-Do. We

3. Enroll.
You don't have
to wait for a 'session' to start or finish. We have new students
join the school every week - students progress on their own pace...so
